DESCRIPTION:Are you ready for the biggest event of the summer? The Cary Park District’s Stars ‘N Stripes Fest is jam-packed with live music\, food trucks\, swimming\, activities\, and fireworks to top off the night. \nEvent Details\nJoin us on Saturday\, June 28 at Cary-Grove Park. The park is located on Three Oaks Road and N. 1st Street in Cary. \nThe park opens at 3:00 pm. As you arrive a DJ will play hits and your favorite songs. The headliner\, Modern Day Romeos\, takes the stage at 6:30 pm. \nFood and beverages may be purchased from over 12 local food trucks and a beer garden. Bounce houses and face-painting will be available throughout the evening. Fireworks begin at dusk and are launched behind Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center. Admission to the event is free\, however parking and if you choose to swim\, admission into Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center require a fee. \nParking\nParking is available at Cary-Grove High School\, Cary-Grove Park\, and Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center. Parking is purchased onsite at the event for is $20 per vehicle – cash only. \nSunburst Bay Aquatic Center\nHave the best view of the fireworks at Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center\, located within Cary-Grove Park at 1201 N. First Street\, Cary plus enjoy everything else at Stars ‘N Stripes Fest. Admission to Sunburst Bay is $10 per person for season pass holders and $15 per person for non-pass holders. Parking will need to be purchased. Season passes\, punch cards\, and guest/complimentary passes are not accepted for this event. Gates open at 4pm with the band going on from 8pm to 11pm. Feel free to bring chairs or blankets. \nFood trucks will be on site! \nSorry\, no coolers\, outside food or beverages in Horse Fair Park. \nThis is a cash only event\, there will be an ATM on site. \n​​ \nParking is $15 at Horse Fair Park and Spring Grove Park. Parking in Thelen Park is free. Admission to the concert is FREE thanks to our Premier Band Sponsors Ray Auto Group/Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Scot Forge. No outside coolers\, food or beverages and no pets\, please. \n​ \nFriday\, July 4th \nThis year our Grand Marshal is the Spring Grove Fire Department!  In 2025 they are celebrating their 100th anniversary!  \nClick here to read the Village of Spring Grove’s newsletter\, each month in 2025 the Fire Department features a short article highlighting historical moments in Spring Grove. \nThe parade theme this year is Celebrate our First Responders! Decorate your floats honoring your favorite first responders! \nParade begins at noon in the area of Highview and Winn Roads and proceeds to Horse Fair Park. Parking opens at 9am in Horse Fair Park and is $10.  Parking passes for JULY 4th are good all day in all lots. \nFireworks will begin at dusk on Thursday\, July 4th from Thelen Park\, parking is $10 in all lots\, all lots are open from 6:30pm to 9pm. DESCRIPTION:Join us on July 4 for our Independence Day Parade and Fireworks! \nPARADE DETAILS: The parade begins at 4pm from Bakley and Main Street heading West towards the Square. If your organization wishes to participate in the parade\, please apply online by June 20th. Applications are available here. \nFIREWORK DETAILS: Our annual fireworks show will start at about 9:30pm at Deicke Park. In case of inclement weather\, a rainout date has been scheduled for July 5 at approximately 9pm. Attendees making their way to Deicke Park from the downtown Huntley area are encouraged to cross at Route 47 and Main Street. Crossing at Route 47 and Mill Street is strongly discouraged.  \n2025 Fireworks Parking Map \nView Weather Widgets: In case of inclement weather\, our weather widgets page will tell you when to leave the area and when it is safe to return for the show.
