🌞 Easy Summer Berry Yogurt Popsicles (Kid-Approved!)

Summer is the perfect time for fun, sun, and sweet, healthy treats the whole family will love. These Berry Yogurt Popsicles are not only refreshing but also super easy to make with your little ones. Bonus: they’re packed with calcium, antioxidants, and natural sweetness—no refined sugar needed!

🍓 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • Popsicle molds & sticks

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the berries slightly with a fork (older kids love this part!). You can also blend them for a smoother texture.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.
  3. Layer the berry mixture and yogurt into popsicle molds, swirling gently with a spoon or stick for a marbled look.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. To release, run molds under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy!

🍦 Tips for Parents:

  • Add a handful of spinach to the berry mix for a sneaky veggie boost—kids won’t even notice.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
  • Let kids decorate popsicles with fun fruit shapes or sprinkles before freezing for extra excitement.

Happy summer snacking! 🌈
